本政策的適用方式

不同 App 的功能與資料處理可能不同。本通用政策不表示每一個 App 都會蒐集下列所有資料，也不擴張產品專屬政策的蒐集範圍。請同時查看 Google Play 產品頁的 Data Safety 資訊、App 內提示和該 App 的專屬隱私權政策。

可能處理的資料類型與目的

在 App 實際提供相關功能時，我們可能處理您主動輸入或上傳的內容、您選擇提供的帳戶或聯絡資訊、設定與偏好、與服務運作相關的基本裝置或診斷資訊，以及您主動送出的支援內容。用途可能包括提供您要求的功能、儲存您的設定或內容、回覆支援請求、維護安全性、修正錯誤及改善服務。

我們不會因為本通用政策而要求 App 存取位置、相機、麥克風、聯絡人、相簿或其他敏感權限。若特定功能需要此類權限，App 會在 Android 系統提示或 App 內說明其目的；您可拒絕，但該功能可能無法運作。

分享、處理者與第三方服務

我們不出售您的個人資料。只有在提供您要求的功能、處理付款、維護或保護服務、遵守法律，或取得您同意所必需時，資料才可能由代表我們處理的服務供應商或相關平台處理。若某 App 使用 AI、雲端處理、登入、分析或付款服務，產品專屬政策或 App 內說明會標示相關情況。Google 對 Google Play 與其帳戶服務的資料處理，適用 Google 自己的隱私權條款。

保留、保護與您的選擇

我們只在提供功能、完成合法目的、處理爭議或履行法定義務所需的期間保留資料，並採取合理的技術與組織措施保護資料。沒有任何網路傳輸或儲存方式能保證絕對安全。

依您所在地法律及 App 功能，您可能可以要求存取、更正、刪除或匯出資料，或撤回非必要權限。您可在 Android 裝置設定管理 App 權限；如需協助，請聯絡我們。

兒童與政策更新

除非特定 App 或 Google Play 產品頁明確表示為兒童設計，我們不會故意蒐集未達其所在地法定可同意年齡者的個人資料。若本政策有重大更新，我們會在本頁更新日期，並在法律要求時提供額外通知。

How this policy applies

Features and data practices can differ between Apps. This general policy does not mean every App collects every category described below, and it does not expand collection beyond a product-specific policy. Please also review the Data Safety information on the Google Play listing, in-app notices, and the relevant product-specific privacy policy.

Data categories and purposes that may apply

When an App actually provides the relevant feature, we may process content you choose to enter or upload, account or contact information you choose to provide, settings and preferences, basic device or diagnostic information related to service operation, and support information you voluntarily submit. The purposes may include providing requested features, saving settings or content, responding to support, maintaining security, fixing errors, and improving the service.

This general policy does not require an App to access location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive permission. If a particular feature needs one of these permissions, the App will explain its purpose in the Android system prompt or in the App. You may decline, although that feature may not work.

Sharing, processors, and third-party services

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf or by relevant platforms only when needed to deliver a requested feature, process payment, maintain or protect the service, comply with law, or with your consent. If an App uses AI, cloud processing, sign-in, analytics, or payment services, its product-specific policy or in-app notice will identify the relevant practice. Google's handling of data for Google Play and Google account services is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain data only for the period needed to provide features, complete legitimate purposes, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations, and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is absolutely secure.

Depending on your location and the App's features, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or export of data, or withdraw a non-essential permission. You can manage App permissions in Android device settings. Contact us if you need help.

Children and policy updates

Unless a specific App or its Google Play listing expressly says it is designed for children, we do not knowingly collect personal data from people below the age at which they can legally consent where they live. If we materially update this policy, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required by law.
