Product Fit

Magic Travel Map is designed for temporary travel groups that already communicate in LINE. It gives guides and travelers a shared map context without requiring a separate native app install for the current LIFF version.

Best for

Guides, tour groups, school trips, family trips, and small travel groups that need a simple shared room for location-aware coordination.

Core loop

Create a Room, invite members with QR Code or LINE link, choose visibility, check the group map, set a meeting point, and use SOS for group follow-up.

Product posture

LINE-first, trip-scoped, user-permission-based, and explicit about the limits of browser/LIFF location behavior.

Product Experience

The visual system uses LINE entry points, travel-room actions, and recognizable map markers to make group coordination feel quick and approachable.

What It Does

The current LIFF product keeps the workflow narrow: rooms, invites, location sharing, meeting points, and group follow-up.

Trip Rooms

Guides can create separate Rooms for tours, day trips, or meeting groups, keeping member lists and map context scoped to the active trip.

LINE Entry

Travelers can join through QR Code or LINE invitation links, using LINE identity and room permissions where required.

Location Sharing

Rooms may support guide-only, all-room, or selected-member visibility, plus meeting points and SOS notifications for group follow-up.

Travel and Location Boundaries

Location features depend on LINE, browser behavior, device permissions, network conditions, and user settings. These limits should be visible to users and reviewers.

Not continuous background tracking The current LIFF product is not designed as continuous background location tracking. Location updates depend on the active app, browser, LINE, and permission state.
User-controlled sharing Location sharing should be tied to room participation, permission prompts, selected visibility scope, and the active travel context.
Not emergency rescue SOS is a group notification feature and is not a substitute for local emergency numbers, guide responsibility, traveler check-ins, travel insurance, or official safety procedures.
Temporary group context Rooms are intended for travel coordination, member visibility, meeting points, and group follow-up during a trip.
LINE and map dependencies Identity, invites, maps, geocoding, notifications, and location accuracy may depend on LINE, device settings, network quality, and third-party services.
Future native app review Future Mobile Pro native apps may add background location or push notifications only with separate platform review, user consent, and clearer disclosures.
