Google Play 與 Android 補充條款

本補充條款適用於由 Bridge AI Works 在 Google Play 發布、且在其 Google Play 產品頁或 App 內連結至本頁的 Android App（各稱「App」）。它是我們的公司使用條款及適用產品非 iOS 使用者授權條款的補充；若有衝突，以產品專屬 EULA 為優先。
Google Play 的角色
Google Play 是由 Google 提供的數位內容平台。您使用 Google Play、Google 帳戶、Google 付款或裝置服務時，也受 Google Play 服務條款及 Google 的其他適用條款約束。本補充條款不取代、修改或限制 Google 的條款。
下載、授權與使用
您只能透過 Google Play 或我們明確授權的來源取得 App，並依本網站、產品專屬 EULA 與 Google Play 條款使用。下載或購買 App 並不移轉 App、其程式碼、商標或內容的所有權；您取得的是可撤銷、非專屬、不可轉讓且供個人或已授權組織使用的有限授權。
付款、訂閱與退款
如 App 提供付費功能、一次性購買或自動續訂訂閱，價格、期間與可用內容會在 Google Play 產品頁或 App 的付款畫面顯示。Google Play 交易、訂閱管理、取消和退款，須同時遵守 Google Play 的適用流程、退款政策及不可排除的消費者法權利。除法律或適用政策另有要求外，我們不承諾 Google Play 以外的退款途徑。
資料與隱私
各 App 的資料處理以其產品專屬隱私權政策為準；若 App 未提供專屬政策，適用Android App 隱私權政策。Google Play 的 Data Safety 標示與實際 App 行為應保持一致。若兩者有差異，請先停止使用相關功能並聯絡我們，以便釐清。
更新、下架與可用性
我們或 Google Play 可能為安全性、相容性、法令遵循或服務調整而提供、限制或停止更新與存取。功能、語言、地區可用性和裝置相容性可能不同。我們不保證任何版本、功能或第三方整合永遠可用，但不影響法律不得排除的權利。

These Supplemental Terms apply to Android apps published by Bridge AI Works on Google Play that link to this page from their Google Play listing or within the app (each, an "App"). They supplement our Company Terms of Use and the applicable product non-iOS End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, a product-specific EULA controls.
Google Play's role
Google Play is a digital-content platform provided by Google. Your use of Google Play, a Google account, Google payments, or device services is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and other applicable Google terms. These Supplemental Terms do not replace, amend, or limit Google's terms.
Download, license, and use
You may obtain an App only through Google Play or a source we expressly authorize, and must use it under this website, its product-specific EULA, and Google Play terms. Downloading or purchasing an App does not transfer ownership of the App, its code, marks, or content. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for personal or authorized organizational use.
Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
If an App offers paid features, one-time purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions, the price, period, and available content will be shown in the Google Play listing or the App's purchase screen. Google Play transactions, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are subject to applicable Google Play processes, refund policies, and non-waivable consumer-law rights. Except where law or applicable policy requires otherwise, we do not promise a refund route outside Google Play.
Data and privacy
Data handling for each App is governed by its product-specific privacy policy. If an App does not provide one, our Android App Privacy Policy applies. Google Play's Data Safety disclosures should remain consistent with actual App behavior. If you identify a difference, stop using the related feature and contact us so we can investigate.
Updates, removal, and availability
We or Google Play may provide, limit, or discontinue updates and access for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or service changes. Features, languages, regional availability, and device compatibility may vary. We do not guarantee that a version, feature, or third-party integration will always remain available, without affecting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
