App-specific Terms of Use
Magic Travel Map MagicMap Terms of Use for iOS and iPadOS
com.bridgeaiworks.magicmap.ios. They do not govern the
separate LINE LIFF, Android, macOS, or Windows products. English is
the primary version. The Traditional Chinese translation is provided
for accessibility; if it differs from the English text, the English
version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Acceptance and App Store license
By downloading, accessing, or using MagicMap, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s required App Store terms control where they must by law or platform rule.
2. What MagicMap provides
MagicMap helps organizers, guides, and invited travelers coordinate a trip Room, itineraries, meeting points, announcements, optional location sharing, and group SOS alerts. Features may depend on your role, permissions, subscription entitlement, device, region, network, and third-party service availability.
You are responsible for confirming trip details, destinations, meeting times, traveler status, and official safety information. MagicMap is not a police, fire, medical, rescue, dispatch, or safety-critical navigation service. SOS and location features do not replace local emergency numbers, ordinary traveler check-ins, guide supervision, travel insurance, or official procedures.
3. Accounts, Rooms, and invitations
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and invitation links, and promptly report suspected misuse. A Room organizer controls invitations, roles, published itinerary content, and Room closure. You may use content or invite people only when you have the necessary rights and permission.
You must not use MagicMap unlawfully, impersonate another person, harass or endanger others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, or upload malicious or rights-infringing content.
4. Location, itinerary, and user content
You choose whether to share location and with whom. Location and map information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate because of device, permission, battery, network, satellite, map-provider, or service conditions. Review generated itinerary previews before publishing them to a Room.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize MagicMap to process and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, protect the service, and comply with law, subject to the MagicMap Privacy Policy.
5. MagicMap Pro auto-renewable subscriptions
MagicMap may offer MagicMap Pro through an auto-renewable subscription purchased with Apple’s in-app purchase system. Before you confirm a purchase, the MagicMap purchase screen and Apple purchase sheet display the subscription product, billing period, price and currency, included features, and any trial or introductory offer that applies. Availability, pricing, and offers may vary by storefront or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown by Apple for that renewal. Apple handles billing, taxes, currency conversion, and any required notice or consent for price changes.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS or iPadOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Apple states otherwise.
- Deleting your MagicMap account, leaving a Room, signing out, uninstalling the app, or deleting local app data does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription.
- You can ask MagicMap to restore eligible purchases using StoreKit. Entitlement access may end or be adjusted when a subscription expires or when Apple reports a cancellation, refund, revocation, billing failure, or other entitlement change.
- Apple decides and processes App Store billing and refund requests under its rules. BridgeAIWorks does not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account details.
If Apple displays a free trial or introductory offer, its eligibility, duration, conversion to a paid subscription, and other conditions are the ones shown before purchase. Cancel before the displayed deadline if you do not want the paid renewal.
6. Account deletion and subscriptions are separate
You may request account deletion through the in-app account settings when signed in. Account deletion affects your MagicMap account and associated deletable information as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage the subscription separately through Apple before or after requesting account deletion.
7. Third-party services
MagicMap may rely on services provided by Apple, LINE, Cloudflare, map or navigation providers, and communication apps you actively choose. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, maps, directions, account decisions, or billing systems.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular Room or feature, or compatibility with every device, network, or third-party service. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with an updated date and, when appropriate, communicated in the app.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MagicMap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, exact location, error-free itinerary extraction, successful notification delivery, or fitness for a particular trip or safety purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

2. MagicMap 提供的服務

3. 帳戶、Room 與邀請
你必須提供正確資料、保護登入憑證與邀請連結，並儘速通報疑似濫用。Room 主辦人控制邀請、角色、發布的行程內容與 Room 關閉。你只能在具有必要權利與許可時使用內容或邀請他人。
你不得違法使用 MagicMap、冒充他人、騷擾或危害他人、規避存取控制、干擾服務、在法律不允許的範圍內反向工程，或上傳惡意或侵害權利的內容。
4. 位置、行程與使用者內容
你自行選擇是否分享位置及分享對象。位置與地圖資訊可能因裝置、權限、電池、網路、衛星、地圖供應商或服務狀況而延遲、不完整或不準確。將行程發布到 Room 前，請先檢查 App 產生的行程預覽。
你保有自行提供內容的權利。你授權 MagicMap 僅在合理必要範圍內處理與顯示該內容，以提供你要求的功能、保護服務並遵守法律；詳細規則依 MagicMap 隱私權政策辦理。
5. MagicMap Pro 自動續訂
MagicMap 可能透過 Apple App 內購買系統提供 MagicMap Pro 自動續訂方案。你確認購買前，MagicMap 購買畫面及 Apple 購買表單會顯示訂閱商品、計費週期、價格與幣別、包含功能，以及適用的試用或優惠方案。供應情況、價格與優惠可能因 App Store 店面或地區而異。
- 確認購買時，款項會向你的 Apple 帳戶收取。
- 除非你在目前週期結束至少 24 小時前取消，訂閱會依相同計費週期自動續訂。
- Apple 會在目前週期結束前 24 小時內，依 Apple 顯示的續訂價格向你的 Apple 帳戶收費。帳務、稅金、匯率及價格變更所需的通知或同意均由 Apple 處理。
- 你可以在 iOS 或 iPadOS「設定」→「Apple 帳戶」→「訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱。除非 Apple 另有說明，取消通常在已付費週期結束時生效。
- 刪除 MagicMap 帳戶、離開 Room、登出、移除 App 或刪除 App 本機資料，都不會取消 Apple 管理的訂閱。
- 你可以透過 MagicMap 使用 StoreKit 恢復符合資格的購買。訂閱到期，或 Apple 回報取消、退款、撤銷、付款失敗或其他權益變更時，訂閱功能可能終止或調整。
- App Store 帳務與退款申請由 Apple 依其規則決定並處理。BridgeAIWorks 不會取得你的完整信用卡或銀行帳戶資料。
若 Apple 顯示免費試用或優惠方案，其資格、期間、轉為付費訂閱與其他條件，以購買前顯示的內容為準。若不希望進入付費續訂，請在畫面顯示的期限前取消。
6. 帳戶刪除與訂閱是分開的程序
登入後，你可以透過 App 內帳戶設定申請刪除帳戶。帳戶刪除會依隱私權政策處理 MagicMap 帳戶與相關可刪除資料，但不會取消 App Store 訂閱。請在申請刪除帳戶前或之後，另外透過 Apple 管理訂閱。
7. 第三方服務
MagicMap 可能使用 Apple、LINE、Cloudflare、地圖或導航供應商，以及你主動選擇的通訊 App 所提供的服務。使用這些服務也受其條款與隱私權政策約束。我們無法控制其可用性、地圖、路線、帳戶決定或帳務系統。
8. 服務可用性與變更
在合理必要時，我們可能維護、保護、更新、變更、暫停或停止功能。我們不保證服務不中斷、特定 Room 或功能永久存在，或與每一種裝置、網路及第三方服務相容。本條款有重大變更時，我們會更新本頁日期，並在適當情況下透過 App 通知。
9. 免責與責任
在適用法律允許的範圍內，MagicMap 依「現狀」與「可用狀態」提供，不保證服務不中斷、位置完全正確、行程擷取沒有錯誤、通知一定送達，或適合特定旅程或安全用途。本條款不排除法律上不得排除的權利或救濟，包括適用的消費者保護權利。
