1. Scope and operator
Euclid Lab (the “App”) is provided under the BridgeAIWorks brand. BridgeAIWorks is operated by Yung-Hsin Shieh, an individual developer. This policy describes the current native Android release and its handling of learner information, device storage, Google Play, and support communications.
The App is local-first and does not require a Euclid Lab or BridgeAIWorks online account. The current Android source does not transmit learner profiles, learning content, or device data to BridgeAIWorks or another service. BridgeAIWorks therefore does not collect or share user data through the App under the current data flow.
2. Information stored on the device
To restore learning state, the App stores the following in its private, device-local App storage:
- A learner nickname or classroom identifier entered by the user, an App-generated profile identifier, and selected avatar and accent;
- Selected language and completion-sound preference;
- Foundation reading progress and Book I mission reading and completion state;
- Semantic straightedge-and-compass construction events, geometry workspace state, Undo/Redo branches, and replay history;
- Proof-workbook entries, learner notes, attempts, completion points, and encouragement state.
This information is used only to provide the App’s learning experience. It is stored in the App’s private Android storage and is protected by Android’s application sandbox and the security of the device. The local payload is not represented as end-to-end encrypted; users should protect the device and avoid using unnecessary personal information as a profile name.
3. Network access, permissions, and third-party services
The current Android App does not request the Android internet permission or any camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, location, health, Bluetooth, or local-network permission. It contains no account login, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, telemetry, cloud synchronization, remote database, external AI, or third-party crash-reporting SDK.
Completion sounds are bundled audio files played on the device. The App does not record a learner’s voice and does not use a microphone.
Google independently processes information needed to provide Google Play, including store downloads, security, compatibility, and Google account or device services. That processing is controlled by Google and governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy; the App does not receive complete payment-card information from Google Play.
4. Children, students, and shared devices
Euclid Lab is a geometry-learning tool that may be used by students, families, teachers, and classrooms. A Learner Profile is a local record on the device, not an online account.
Parents, guardians, teachers, and schools should enter only information needed for learning. Use a nickname or classroom code instead of a legal name, email address, phone number, birth date, full student number, school name, or other sensitive information. People sharing one device may be able to see the names and learning state of other local profiles.
5. Retention, backup, and deletion
Local learning information remains on the device until the App’s storage is cleared or the App is uninstalled. The current Android release allows local profiles to be created and switched, but does not provide an in-App control to delete an individual profile.
To delete all Euclid Lab information from a device, use the Android system’s App information screen to clear Euclid Lab storage, or uninstall the App. Menu names vary by device and Android version. Clearing cache alone may not delete learning data.
The App disables Android backup for its private data. BridgeAIWorks has no server copy and cannot remotely access, restore, export, or delete information stored only on the device. Because no online account is created, there is no separate Euclid Lab account-deletion process.
6. Security, support, and international processing
We reduce risk through private device storage, Android application sandboxing, disabled App backup, minimal dependencies, and the absence of network and tracking SDKs. No device or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
The App does not send local learner information across borders. If you separately email support, your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to include are processed by the relevant email services and may be handled in other countries or regions. Send only the minimum information needed and do not attach unnecessary learner or sensitive data.
7. Policy changes and contact
If a future Android release adds network access, an account, cloud sync, external AI, analytics, advertising, purchases, new permissions, or another third-party SDK, we will review the data flow and update this policy, in-App disclosures, and the Google Play Data safety section before or with that release.

本 App 採本機優先設計，不要求建立 Euclid Lab 或 BridgeAIWorks 網路帳號。目前 Android 原始碼不會將學習者檔案、學習內容或裝置資料傳送給 BridgeAIWorks 或其他服務。因此，依目前的資料流，BridgeAIWorks 不會透過本 App 蒐集或分享使用者資料。
2. 儲存在裝置上的資訊
為了恢復學習狀態，本 App 會在 App 私有的裝置本機儲存空間保存：
- 使用者輸入的學習者暱稱或教室識別名稱、App 產生的 Profile 識別碼，以及所選圖像與強調色；
- 所選語言與完成音效偏好；
- Foundations 閱讀進度，以及 Book I 關卡的閱讀與完成狀態；
- 尺規作圖的語意事件、幾何工作區狀態、Undo／Redo 分支及逐步回放歷史；
- 證明工作簿內容、學習者筆記、嘗試紀錄、完成積分與鼓勵狀態。
這些資訊只用於提供 App 內的學習體驗。資料保存在 App 的 Android 私有儲存空間，並受 Android App sandbox 與裝置安全機制保護。本機資料不應被理解為具有端對端加密；使用者應保護裝置，且不要在 Profile 名稱中填寫不必要的個人資料。
3. 網路、權限與第三方服務
目前 Android App 不要求 Android 網際網路權限，也不要求相機、麥克風、照片、通訊錄、行事曆、定位、健康資料、藍牙或區域網路權限。App 不含帳號登入、廣告 SDK、分析 SDK、跨 App 追蹤、遙測、雲端同步、遠端資料庫、外部 AI 或第三方當機回報 SDK。
完成音效是隨 App 提供並在裝置上播放的音訊檔案。App 不會錄製學習者的聲音，也不使用麥克風。
Google 會獨立處理提供 Google Play 所需的資訊，例如商店下載、安全性、相容性，以及 Google 帳戶或裝置服務。該處理由 Google 控制，並適用 Google 自身的條款與隱私權政策；本 App 不會從 Google Play 取得完整付款卡資料。
4. 兒童、學生與共用裝置
Euclid Lab 是幾何學習工具，可由學生、家庭、教師或教室使用。Learner Profile 是裝置上的本機紀錄，不是網路帳號。
家長、監護人、教師與學校應只輸入學習所需的最少資訊。請使用暱稱或教室代號，不要輸入法定姓名、Email、電話、生日、完整學號、學校全名或其他敏感資訊。共用同一裝置的人可能看到其他本機 Profile 的名稱與學習狀態。
5. 保存、備份與刪除
本機學習資訊會保留在裝置上，直到清除 App 儲存空間或解除安裝 App。目前 Android 版本可建立與切換本機 Profile，但尚未提供在 App 內刪除單一 Profile 的控制項。
若要從裝置刪除全部 Euclid Lab 資訊，請在 Android 系統的 App 資訊畫面清除 Euclid Lab 的儲存空間，或解除安裝本 App；選單名稱可能因裝置與 Android 版本不同。只清除快取不一定會刪除學習資料。
本 App 已停用 Android 對 App 私有資料的備份。BridgeAIWorks 沒有伺服器副本，無法遠端存取、恢復、匯出或刪除只保存在裝置上的資訊。由於沒有建立網路帳號，因此沒有另外的 Euclid Lab 帳號刪除流程。
6. 安全、支援與跨境處理
我們透過裝置私有儲存、Android App sandbox、停用 App 備份、最少相依套件，以及不整合網路與追蹤 SDK 等方式降低風險。任何裝置或儲存方式都無法保證絕對安全。
本 App 不會將本機學習資訊跨境傳送。若您另外寄送支援 Email，您選擇提供的 Email 地址、訊息與附件會由相關電子郵件服務處理，且可能在其他國家或地區處理。請只提供解決問題所需的最少資訊，不要附上不必要的學習者資料或敏感資料。
7. 政策更新與聯絡
若未來 Android 版本加入網路存取、帳號、雲端同步、外部 AI、分析、廣告、購買、新權限或其他第三方 SDK，我們會在該版本推出前或同時重新核對資料流，並更新本政策、App 內揭露及 Google Play 的 Data safety 區段。
